Career
Francis had always thought of succeeding in the fitness industry, with his two previous projects, Fat Loss Abs Guide and iPhysique, both based on fitness.
After that, he founded, Gymshark while working as a delivery boy for Pizza Hut.
In August 2020, the company sold 21% of its share to US based firm General Atlantic. This deal valurd the company to well over $1 billion.
He became the CEO of the company in August 2021.
Personal Life
Francis got engaged and married his long time girlfriend Robin Gallant in 2021.
He is also a big football fan and supports Aston Villa. He is a season ticket holder for Aston Villa.
