Ashley Bush Missing

In southwest Missouri, a pregnant woman who had been missing from Benton County was discovered dead, and close by, investigators discovered the lifeless body of her unborn child.

In McDonald County, Missouri, the body of Siloam Springs resident Ashley Bush, 33, who was 31 weeks pregnant, was discovered. Valkyrie Grace Willis, the infant, was also discovered dead.

Sheriff Holloway informed reporters, “We have found Ashley Bush, who was, in our opinion, murdered. “We also discovered her dead infant, Valkyrie Grace Willis, who was discovered at a different place. I won’t get into specifics here. Two persons are indeed in our hands.”

At around 4 p.m., Benton County Prosecuting Attorney Nathan Smith and Sheriff Shawn Holloway met with media to announce the discovery of the bodies and the arrest of two individuals, a man and a woman. According to Smith, the man and woman who are now in custody in this case will likely face two homicide charges—one for the mother and one for the unborn child.

On first-degree kidnapping accusations, Amber and Jamie Waterman of Jane, Missouri are currently in jail, and additional charges are anticipated.

Bush was reported missing on Monday, October 31 after she met a person who had applied for a job under the fictitious name “Lucy.” Bush’s cellphone, though, was discovered in a ditch.

Attorney for the prosecution Nathan Smith said, “Naturally, Ashley’s family is in our thoughts and prayers. It’s an awful thing.”

He claimed to have spoken with several law enforcement organisations who could be able to help with the investigation. The probe, he claimed, is underway. He claimed that gunshots seemed to have been the cause of death.
